We recommend you to wear only grip padded trampoline socks to avoid any slips and falls.
Do empty your pockets completely before entering the play area.
It is recommended to walk onto and off of the courts.
Listen to your body.
If you are a beginner, then stick to the fundamentals of single trampoline jumping before you move to advanced skills.
It is recommended to bounce in the trampoline’s centre.
While bouncing and flipping off trampoline side walls, land on the closest trampoline.
Keep an eye on people around you.
Always jump with people of your age/size.
Throw away the gum or candy in your mouth before you perform.
Don’ts
Don’t wear shoes or casual socks.
Don’t wear any jewelry or carry anything in your pocket.
Don’t try advanced skills like aerial or flipping-type if you aren’t trained in basics.
Don’t land on your neck or head.
Don’t double bounce, it may prove to be hazardous.
Don’t interfere with another jumper’s bounce.
Don’t try flips and tricks if you aren’t fully confident. If you do, perform at your own risk.
Don’t jump when a guest enters your trampoline area. Wait for him to exit your space.
Don’t perform any activity beyond your capacity, limitations, or skill level.
Don’t double flip.
Don’t do more than two single flips in a row.
If you feel tired, don’t sit or lie on the court. It is advisable to exit the court.
Don’t wear any sort of body paint or wet clothes.
Don’t perform any activity in absence of Get Crazy Trampoline member.
Don’t throw balls at other jumper’s head or engage in any kind of horseplay.
